Common feelings

Home Common feelings

In difficult moments, certain emotions tend to become more present, both in ourselves and in those around us. By recognizing these feelings, we gain clarity on how to respond. That’s why we’re sharing some of the most common emotional responses during times of crisis.

Anxiety

Anxiety is a strong feeling of worry and a natural response to stress, often triggered by the belief that we’re not capable of handling the challenges ahead. It isn’t dangerous, but it can hold us back from living the way we’d like. In the guide, we share some practical suggestions for managing anxiety.

Worry

Uncertainty and fear of the unknown are natural reactions during exceptional situations. When we’re anxious, we tend to generalize our perceptions to make sense of the world, which can actually increase our fear. The guide includes practical steps to reduce mental “noise,” focus on what you can control, and regain a sense of stability.

Loneliness

Most people feel lonely at some point in their lives. It can be difficult to bear, and if it persists, it may affect long-term well-being. In the guide, you’ll discover strategies to strengthen connections, seek support, and build real networks of care.

Grief

Losing someone we love brings a wave of emotions and unanswered questions. Grief often evokes existential thoughts and reflections on life and the future. Moving through each stage of grief with compassion is important, and the guide offers well-being guidance to support that process.
